The Security Reminder Regarding Funds Defrauding Under the Name of ICBC Mails

Our Honorable Customers:

Recently, ICBC discovers that some criminals send customers the e-mail of "ICBC Emergency Notice" under the name of ICBC claiming there is some insecurity in customers' accounts and ask the customers to transfer their funds into a so-called safe account designated by the defrauding e-mail. Therefore, ICBC declares that ICBC won't proactively ask you to transfer your funds into a designated account via mails, text messages, and telephone, etc in any cases. We remind our customers to keep alert and don't be cheated.

Meanwhile, in order to prevent criminals from defrauding through text messages, telephones, mails, and websites to keep your funds safe, ICBC reminds you one more time:

1.Please take a good care of your bank cards and bank books and don't leave them to others, and don't inform others the passwords of your bank cards and bank books, including bank employees;

2.ICBC won't ask you the passwords of your bank cards and bank books in any case and won't ask you to transfer your funds into a designated account via text messages, mails, etc, either;

3.In case some people (including bank employees) ask the passwords of your bank cards or bank books, or ask you to pay certain funds under the name of ICBC, please don't believe them; and meanwhile dial ICBC customer service number 95588 to report instead of dialing other numbers;
