Customers holding Precious Metal Account with us should take note of the following:

1.You will no longer be able to place buy-in orders for paper gold or paper silver via our ICBC internet banking or mobile banking from the Effective Date.

2.You can still sell paper gold and paper silver after the Effective Date.
